Beginning October 5th at 4:30pm, we will begin our first pre-season workouts in preparation for the upcoming season. Training will take place every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday thereafter until November 6. Pre-season training will last no longer than an hour and a half and will consist of running, weight training, and basic non-contact wrestling agility drills. You need to come prepared with appropriate workout gear (t-shirt and shorts), comfortable running shoes, and wrestling shoes (if available).
*Please report to the first day of pre-season training at 4:30 pm. We will decide the first day of practice whether or not to switch the time to earlier in the day during the vacation break.
